I have an academic background in Master’s in Advanced Education from University of Wollongong and I have recently completed my Early Childhood Teaching degree from University of Victoria. I am very passionate for and caring for children. I believe children are strong, competent, and resilient explorers who are constantly examining both themselves and their environment every day. I aim to encourage and develop each child's strengths and potential through a child-oriented, play-based, emergent, collaborative teaching and learning environment that is motivated by children and families. Collaboration with families, children, educators, community, and management is also a vital part of my philosophy, as we work together to achieve our goals and reach the best outcomes for our children and the centre.
